I started hyperfixating on the MySims games and I just remembered this strange DS game from that fixation. When I was younger we used to use those DS flashcards with the microSD slots in them. One of the games that my mum downloaded on them was this city game. I only remember the start of the game, and it had a isometric view of a city and in the corner was a character that looked alot like Beebee from MySims, a girl with blue hair and a bunny rabbit. I think they were telling you something, but it was Japanese and I couldn't read it. I think the game even had the EA logo (I think the one from The Sims and MySims) at the start but I'm starting to doubt that was the case. I don't think it was a MySims game or anything but the title was a long Japanese one, and the icon had the Beebee lookalike and the blue haired girl. It wasn't SimCity Creator because that's a Wii game and it wasn't any SimCity game released for the Nintendo DS (which had sprites of MySims-esque characters but that game starts in this prehistoric era) for sure. Maybe I'm just misremembering and the game I played was actually a MySims game (I was maybe about 6 or 7 at the time I played this game), but the only DS game Beebee appears in is MySims Racing DS and the start of that game is nowhere near this one. I'm not sure how I remember this game so well as I only played for maybe about 10 minutes before going off the game.
The boardwalk? Enjoy your time among the commoners, player. You see, I only swim in bottled water.
It was an English port of the game SimCity DS 2: Kodai kara Mirai e Tsuduku Machi
Sorry for the late reply, but I did see this while researching and whilst it is similar + being related to SimCity, I only remember the characters appearing in the left corner above the dialogue box.

Is there a possibility it could have been a Kairosoft game? Like maybe Dream Town Story.
