Christian cartoon from the mid 90s

So the details of this one are very fuzzy. I remember around maybe 1995 (age 6) I was watching this Christian animated cartoon and they were on top of a mountain and the sky was blue, and all I remember is crying because the one man had to leave the other (injured) man behind and there was this piano music that was playing. It’s the first cartoon that actually made me emotional and to this day I have no idea what it was. I just remember my mom kept telling me not to get too emotional because “He comes back! He comes back!”

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? It could’ve been one of those Hanna Barbara VHS tapes about Bible stories, that came out in the early 90s.
