A lost song that was featured in an awful theatrical movie

So, ever heard about The Legend of the Titanic (1999)? You know, that animated kids' film about the sinking of the Titanic? No, it's not the one with the rapping dog, it's the one with the kraken. Last month I was watching that film and I noticed that the soundtrack was actually pretty good, however there was one song featured at the end that I just couldn't find anything about. According to the end credits, the song is called Neverland, performed by Mike Francis (here's a short snippet). When looking for this song on the internet I didn't find anything relevant, just a bunch of articles about some obscure pop artist called Michael Jackson or something like that, but NOTHING about this song.
The weirdest thing is that the film did have a soundtrack album released in the year 2000, and it has also been digitally released by John Sposito, the film's main composer. However, the song is not featured in the digital release, and I also doubt it's included in the physical one. I gues it makes sense because Sposito did not have any involvement with this song, it was produced by Phil Chapman and Claudio Dentes.
So yeah, that's about it, song never had an actual physical or digital release, or maybe it did and this is a Mandildo effect or something. Kinda sucks that no full version is available online because the song sounds pretty nice imo.
