I believe there's no thread for it but there is this lost wii game based on the Tv Game show, The $1,000,000 Pyramid. Around 2020, there was a screenshot of the game however the colors and logo was different. An early version of the game does exist, however, no disc or copy has been found.
the gameplay is just like the show, one person and one celebrity have to guess topics in order to win. The game didn't get as popular so there are few reviews about it.
I looked into this a while ago and came to the conclusion they were mock-ups.
You can find the same screenshots with a different UI that's closer to the final game on the Amazon page for it, containing renders the where 3D models should be like in IGN's screenshots. On top of that, the same/similar pages are shown, and the same elements are selected in both of them. In fact the clothing one on Amazon's page isn't even on the correct tab. Here's the IGN screenshots for reference if you want to compare them all yourself, and here's a comparison I made.
Next, both of the only photos containing the actual 3D models completely align with each other while not having the shading the final game has.
On top of that, it doesn't seem like it's uncommon for Ludia, the company that developed this game to publish mock-ups either. Here's a page on Common Sense Media with screenshots for the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" Wii game. These screenshots also use renders in place of 3D models that again, don't resemble the final game.
Here's a comparison between the final game, and one of these screenshots.
I think the explanation is that IGN just got their screenshots from Ludia and they just happened to be older mock-ups. They couldn't have an older copy, and couldn't have taken them themselves since they perfectly match up with the Amazon page. That's really all that there seems to be to it.
