Hello everyone,
I have been trying to find a skateboarding game I used to play as a kid between the years 2013 - 2015, but sadly I don't know when the game was released. I'm pretty sure the game used Unity3D Webplayer Plugin and I always found it when I searched for "3d skateboarding" or something similar to that. I do not remember the website it was hosted on sadly, but I'm pretty sure I managed to find a game that I also played and was hosted on the same website as the game I'm looking for. The link is here: www.y8.com/games/skatester_3d (this is not the website i played the game on)
The game revolved around a young boy with short brown hair, a yellow t-shirt (I think) and possibly green or blue shorts. However, every time you would mess up and fall, the character's limbs would fall off and blood would be pouring out of them. The graphics were quite primitive, so it wasn't super graphic. Still though, it was weird to see, especially when the character appeared to be a young boy. You also couldn't do any tricks as far as I remember. Only steer and jump. You also were able to grind rails iirc.
The game had a lot of different levels and in each one of them, you had to reach the finish and I'm pretty sure it measured the time. There also was a time leaderboard and I think you may have been able to sign in. Some notable levels that I remember are: A level where you go on a road next to a cliff next to an ocean, with a part of the road being replaced by a red rectangle that if you were to touch, you would fall off the skate and you had to jump over it. There was also sand next to the road closer to the finish line. Then I remember a level that was also on a cliff, this time though, it seemed way higher up and it was way longer. I also remember a level that was located in a parking building and possibly was located in a city. You would jump from the parking building, but I don't remember where you were supposed to jump. There was also this dark level with u ramps and you were supposed to gain speed and jump above the u ramp to get to the finish. There was a level that was located on like a spiky mountain and you started at the top and were suppoused to get down by very precise jumps, but I remember you could cheese the level by jumping in a specific spot at the top right down to the finish line.
This is probably all the info I can think of atm, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask me! As absurd as it may sound, this game is actually a quite important piece of my early gaming, so I greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!
