Some educational video featuring a frog character

I remember around the early 2010s (around 2012 or 2013), I was in kindergarten, and I vividly remember watching an educational video of some sort. The only three things I remember is that there was some frog character poorly animated in CGI, and a scene where a boy was at a water foundation for a long period of time, causing a girl that was behind him to get upset because he was taking too long, and then the frog character’s voice saying that the boy wasn’t being kind by not letting the girl have a turn at the water fountain. And I also remember that it looked like it was from the early 2000s. That’s literally all I remember. My memory isn’t exactly the greatest, so I don’t know if this weird educational video I saw in kindergarten was real, or if it was some kind of bizarre fever dream. Does anyone recognize this educational video based on the description I gave?
