Should I dump this DS-i game?

Hello. As you may know, I finished a search for a racing game I used to play on my 3DS, known as G.G Series DRIFT CIRCUIT, and need to know if it has already been dumped online. It is a digital copy on my system. I have no clue how to transfer data from my 3DS to a computer. If anyone knows if this game was already dumped, please reply
