[S] Weird Black and white live action video with people

Hello, I've been looking for this video for YEARS and still can't find it, so a backstory, i'm from serbia and i was in a bus and on a screen a dvd was played, there was the usual warning but however afterwards is a short.
This short was black and white in real life (like life action) ad it was people doing this with their fingers: youtu.be/FxcgbpZZwOw?si=FLCXige1kdGiV4qN&t=117 and the whole video was that, and there were a lot of people in the video. This went on for at least a minute until i think there was a title card and it went to the main menu of the dvd. The logo on the left corner was this RTS logo: 
. I don't know what was on the dvd however i do remember it was a tv series and had a dvd menu with people's faces on them. I also don't think it was a promo or a commercial since there was no text. The only sound came from people doing that thing with their fingers. I've checked some dvd files and i can confirm it most likely isn't a "Selo gori,a baba se ceslja" dvd since i couldn't find it there. I'm 100% sure this is NOT a dream. If anyone has the dvd with this or this short, i would be really happy.
