Hi everyone. In case you’ve been in the dark with this topic, I made a post a while ago about a Nintendo DS racing game. I remembered that it was an arcade style racing game, with a memorable soundtrack. That was all I knew. Until today.
I had recently found my old Nintendo 3DS a day ago, and with the help of a local video game shop, was able to get it working again. I am happy to say that the game was still downloaded onto the 3DS, and is no longer lost(ish; more on that later).
The game name is G.G. SERIES DRIFT CIRCUIT, and was developed by Suzak and published by Genterprise in 2011 for DS-i ware. The game is so obscure I could barely find any info on any of the developers or even a mention of it online.
This search might seem very anticlimactic, but in order to preserve this game, I’m considering ripping it (if possible) or publishing gameplay footage. Every piece of lost media deserves to be found and preserved, no matter how little or obscure.
I am glad that this case can be put to rest, and can look forward to new horizons and discoveries in the lost media community. I would also like to thank everyone for helping me in the search for this game, and teamwork and compassion shown here is why I am glad to be a part of the lost media community.
