Hey yo yorang cartoon on the breach of getting erased

This is not lost media. This is an obscure show by the name of “Hey yo yorang” that is getting removed and deleted across many different sites. I’ll start by saying that there are very recent uploads of this show across YouTube that are not erased yet. Also by all means many other dubs like Russian, mandarin, Vietnamese ETC. are still available on YT, though those uploadings are from many, many years ago. And they’re foreign. At the start of the year 2022. I’d see that a recent uploading of the opening and ending song had gotten someone terminated. I didn’t think much of it. Then by 2023 of august I’d see that recent uploadings of the English dub, AMVs, remixes and nearly anything with the shows thumbnail would get these accounts terminated. This also happened across sites like deviant art, Tumblr and Pinterest where it would take a span of a year to terminate accounts over uploading this show. I’ve watched it all happen and if anyone wants to help me solve this mystery on what production company is copyrighting this please contact me. I know, it’s copyright and it’s a law we can’t do anything about. But can someone please help me find out whether it’s KBS, Seoul movie, tooniverse, China film group or just the creator himself terminating accounts for these innocent uploads. Thank you
