Archive of an old somewhat prominent Pokemon site

There used to be this awesome pokemon site when I was a kid. I think it was team rocket themed. It had a lot of legitimate information about the glitches on the really old games, even the less famous glitches. I never had the pre generation 3 games but I was always fascinated reading this site. I remember some cosplay pictures and other things being on the site too. I think the predominant color of the site was black. It had some pretty in depth information. I remember at some point they just stopped wanting to pay to keep the site up but I'm pretty sure it was archived at some point, though I forget the name of the site so I can't find it. They also I think talked about myths (not like mythology, but like fake rumors about the games, though they didn't present it as real and they I think debunked them or at least talked about how they were fake.) I don't think it was a particularly obscure website. I think it was up for quite a few years and it's a site I think some people definitely would remember. I think it had sidebars like was common back in the day. I am 26 and read the site as a kid, so that might give more context on what time period it would be, though I don't remember the exact age I was at the time. The information about glitches I think was the big pull of the website.
