I wasn't able to come up with the artist for this song. I did find a playlist on YouTube featuring every licensed song used, as well as the official soundtrack here.  I did also find an instrumental version on YouTube as well here.  However, nowhere on any of the track listings did I find the song listed at all as a part of the soundtrack or licensed music that was used in the movie.  I just can't find anything that even hints that this song exists at all online, outside of your link and the instrumental version I found.  I'll see about contacting the uploader of the version you linked and see if they respond and have more information about the song.
