Hello there! So recently, someone has found a Mario Anime called Traffic Safety. It is on YouTube right now as the link is here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfObkj-sU7YT
The plot is about Mario is guiding how to not get injured showed in the anime. Most of the anime clips are lost as some have been found on footage. Here is a picture of the clip.

And the one who mentioned that they were in schools in Japan. If you work in Japan in a school, then they might have it or not. Lets all contribute to find the whole anime! Thanks for viewing!

It's neat to see that there is actually more anime related to the Super Mario Bros.franchise than the 1986 Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach anime movie (which was made 7 years before the very loosely-based 1993 live action film adaptation) and other stuff that was only released in Japan. Like senshium said, this appears to be a PSA so it could only be used in Japanese schools and is most likely the reason why the Mario Wiki doesn't know stuff like this exists (also probably due to its obscurity).

But if we are trying to find the rest of the anime, we have to be very careful as Japan has one of strictest copyright laws in the world and can easily land you in jail if you get caught violating the country's copyright laws.
