Hi everyone, this is my first post in the forum so I hope I'm doing this right haha.
I was thinking about this old unreleased Evanescence song titled "Your Love" and remembered when I tried to look for the full HD version of the song a couple of years ago without success. The song was written by singer Amy Lee and bassist Tim McCord in 2008 and performed live on two separate occasions: the first one was after she was awarded the Songwriter Icon Award by the NMPA (National Music Publishers Association) and the second one was in 2009 during a recording of the Legends&Lyrics concert in Nashville. (source) It seems like the song has been recorded somewhat professionally, as a 15 second clip of it was accidentally leaked by Tim's wife (here). There's a low quality version of the song floating online, as well as an official snippet of the L&L performance. While looking for this song, I looked more into the whole Legends&Lyrics ordeal.
The Legends & Lyrics series is a collection of concerts featuring performances, roundtables, and interviews in an intimate classical performance hall. Season 1 was initially meant to air in the U.S. on PBS in 2009, but only two episodes have been released online, with the rest behind a paywall. I could find a promo on YouTube for the released episode starring Kris Kristofferson, Patty Griffin, and Randy Owen, which you can see here. The other released episode includes performances by Kenny Loggins, Richard Marx and Brad Arnold. Season 2, which included the episode with Amy Lee of Evanescence, never aired due to the series creator's diagnosis of Early-Onset Alzheimer’s, but has a promo published online here. Despite promises of releases over the years, the episodes remain unreleased. In 2017, there were plans to release the Amy Lee episode for purchase, but this never materialized. Recent information suggests some fans may have access to clearer versions, but as of now, the unreleased episodes, including the Amy Lee episode, remain unavailable to the public. The last time I looked into this, the website www.legendsandlyrics.com was up and running but as you can see by clicking the link, the domain is for sale. Luckily it's been well archived throughout the years on the Wayback Machine.
This started as an innocent look into rare media from one of my favorite bands and turned out into a personal rabbit hole, as there's 16 missing/unreleased episodes of this series, starring various singers. It's a bit hard for me to look into this as I'm from Europe and don't really know where to look for this kind of media/who to contact.
