Does anyone remember an obscure math game with mice and cats

I basically grew up with the internet and tend to bump over many obscure games and stuff like that. I'm trying to recollect memories from it, however there's this one basic math game that's stuck in my brain but i can't seem to remember its name, where i found it, and the developer too. I used to really like the game when I was just in ele school and it helped me study math alot and kept me in the first rank @ ele school. Its main characters are mice and they compete against bots who are cats in solving basic math. They also have an owl as the teacher. The characters are shaped like they only have heads and two feet. You can actually play as the cats too, by the way! I even remember recording it in my old old PC but yikes, lost all data for it. I tried to draw some of the characters they looked like these, but then again my memory about it was very vague and I don't think these sketches are accurate. I can't remember if this was just a fuzzy memory from my dreams or did that math game actually existed..
