The rarest and most valuable thing you own

I have a 1965-66 copy of the book Dune that can go for at least a hundred dollars online - and to think I only got it for two bucks at a library sale (and in good condition too). 

A few years ago, I got a rare promo VHS of the first "Beyblade" anime that contained a pilot dub of the show's first episode. It has most of the same voice actors, but with a few voice differences (such as Daniel DeSanto voicing Kai instead of David Reale) and had some different lines. Sadly, I can't share it because not only I don't have a capture card, but my parents are concerned about copyright infringement. I didn't want to tell you at first because I'm worried I might be accused as a hoarder, but I think it's better to get it off my chest. Sorry guys.
On the bright side, copies of this rare tape can easily be found on Ebay. Probably the rarest thing I own is the Coal Chamber poster I bought at their show at Pop's in Sauget, Illinois on July 31st, 2015, sold exclusively on the first leg of that co-headlining tour with Fear Factory, and signed and numbered by the original artist.  Only 150 of this particular version were made, with mine being number 33.  Here it is on the production' company's website.

As for worth, it's probably my complete-in-box copy of Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers 2 for NES, which according to Pricecharting is worth $819.50 as of this comment.  The best thing is, I got that game for free, because my father, after he divorced my mom, decided he no longer wanted his video gaming stuff, and sent me everything he had at the time:  a top-loader NES (which is pretty sought-after and fairly valuable itself), a regular North American SNES, 3 NES games - Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers 2 CIB, and both The Bard's Tale and Might And Magic: Secrets Of The Inner Sanctum loose - and 3 SNES games, all CIB - Drakkhen, Illusion Of Gaia, and Lufia & The Fortress Of Doom (which is also pretty uncommon and can go for a bit).

I'm not sure. I have a Pinkie Cooper doll. I got several of them back when they were in stores. I sold two of them recently for a lot.

I do have some g1 Monster High dolls. But I also don't think these dolls are as rare as some people claim them to be. I think a lot of their value is mostly zoomer nostalgic hype.

My family has come into a lot of rare things. For example, my father used to own what would be considered a fortune in video game merchandise, but lost it. We finally sold a Resident Evil Mask that came with the December 2004 edition of PlayStation Magazine. We also own some Blockbuster DVD’s before the company went to hell. The most valuable thing I own is some Funko Fallout 3 action figures. I was young, so I took them out of the box like an absolute simpleton, but they are displayed on my shelf with a sense of honor.

For something that's definitely valuable, I have a very rare Flying Dutchman card from the SpongeBob Coin Pusher. My mom got me it from eBay (one of the few based things that she's done), and the whole card is shiny when you tilt it. Oh, I also got a new rare Gary card from the same game from the machine itself (on my birthday of all days!).


For something that may or may not be valuable, I have some Detective Pikachu cards from that movie that came out almost 5 years ago. I looked for the prices of them online, and they fluctuated between around $5 to $70(?). Funny story, I got these cards from an early showing of the movie because I thought that the cards were gonna be rare like that one Mew card from screenings of the Pokemon movie (you know the one).
