I was a huge How to Train Your Dragon fan in the 2010s, so there's the context.
I was fully convinced that Hiccup had ADHD. I mean, come on. 😅 Also, I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the fandom carried the books' relationship of Snotlout and Hiccup as cousins over to the film and TV franchise. I was a part of this vast majority, and just took it as unofficial canon.

This was before I found out about the casting, but back when Coyote VS. Acme still had extant copies in existence, wasn’t a tax write-off and was getting a release, I initially thought it was going to be a sort of standalone sequel to Looney Tunes: Back in Action, with John Cena being the Chairman’s new assistant and lawyer after he fired Mr. Smith, and the overall film taking place 20 years after the events of Looney Tunes: Back in Action.
It kinda made sense too, since while they are now seemingly separate continuities, they’re still universes in which humanity and toons coexist. The fact that they kept showing Wile E. Coyote’s scenes from Back in Action in those videos and articles announcing Coyote VS. Acme further lead me to believe this headcanon. I no longer believe in this, but still, it kinda made sense.

Another headcanon that I have come to believe in is that Blitz from Helluvaboss has the following: autism, bipolar disorder, adhd, attachment and detachment problems, anger management issues obviously, and a few other things base on how he interacts with people and the world around him. The poor guy/dude probably has at least a dozen mental disorders, problems, and issues.
My headcanon revolves around Codename: Kids Next Door and GKND
My headcanon is that something happened to Father during the fight against the GKND that made him lose all his memory of the GKND and all events succeeding the end of Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S' animated section or all adults were hidden away from the GKND and were never informed in case they would try something. This is why Father was still looking for Numbuh 1 even though he would be an adult
My second headcanon is that Sector V were never decommissioned in the first place as it was already mentioned that they planned their entire dialogue to throw Father off and there has been recorded instances of decommissioning chambers being rigged to not decommission operatives and operatives that are over 13 (Teens Next Door), so there is also a chance that there was another KND organization consisting of operatives over 18.

One of my ones is Dale from king of the hill is well aware of his wife cheating on him with John Redcorn but he’s being the best father he can be to Joseph out of spite.
Also the alternate ending for How I Met Your Mother on the DVD box set is the "REAL" ending as far as i'm concerned and that stupid bullshit finale that aired on TV never happened.
diagnosis is not a headcanon!

Here’s an Ed Edd n Eddy one: since “Take This Ed and Shove It” revealed that the series was just Eddy as an old man recounting childhood memories, I like to believe there are other kids, and adults for that matter, in the culdesac that aren’t shown because they are irrelevant to Eddy’s stories. The other kids most likely do have siblings, but since they are either much older or much younger than Eddy, they weren’t hanging out with Eddy, so they don’t come up in his stories.
Season 5 is Edd reminiscing, hence the switch to school based stories.
The ending to Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow was all set up by Trinidad and she didn't actually kill almost everyone, it was an elaborate facade to convince the Chinese government that she'd carried out her mission. Some notes you find in the game Days Gone that reference main characters in the SF series does at least suggest that they are still alive and that the ending of Logan's Shadow isn't canon.
