Do you think and/or believe that the concept of the multiverse ad multiverse related stories have been overused and done to death or do you not and still believe that there's still more that can be done with multiverse related stories? I know that this has been used a lot in comic books for decades and in modern day media the past few years, and personally I don't mind it if done right and the story/stories related to it is/are done well, though I want to know what you people think of them.
I mean, coming from someone who’s new to story writing, as long as it’s not done too often, I’m sure there are enough interpretations and ideas for it to last a while before getting old.
……..Okay, me pointing out that I’m new to story writing was unnecessary, but I’m sure my point still stands.
I got pretty peeved when Marvel overdid it-I don't even have Disney+ anymore, and anyway I don't want to have to watch like 3 shows to "catch up" and be able to enjoy a movie in theaters.
In other circumstances, I'm all right with crossovers/multiverses. I actually liked the Courage the Cowardly Dog/Scooby Doo crossover, for example. I also liked the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour on Nickelodeon, or seeing characters interact with each other in the Cartoon Network city ads. Many of those are still legit funny today IMO.

Yeah. This is why I’ve never seen a marvel movie or Star Wars. Way too complicated, and they usually require you to watch like, 5 shows and 2 other movies in order to understand and enjoy.
Not sure if this is related (probably isn’t), but I thought I’d share anyways: there have actually been many times where I wanted two or more shows to do a crossover, like Tom and Jerry and the Looney Tunes, all of Dav Pilkey’s books (Captain Underpants, Dog Man, etc.) or Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. I can’t be the only one who felt this way.

I've still got Disney Plus and i've never watched any of the Marvel shows(well aside from the ones that originally aired on Netflix) and honestly you don't really need to watch the MCU shows to understand what happens in the movies, it fills in certain background details but the general plots you're perfectly capable of understanding without having to have seen a single one of the shows.
I will say i'm not crazy about the idea of characters like Arya Stark crossing over with fucking Scooby Doo in that Cartoon Network Smash-Bros clone video game, that's just dumb.

I've been able to enjoy the MCU movies and Star Wars films without having seen a single one of the TV shows personally.
Here's a few videos of various people talking about and delving into this topic.
Yeah just a heads up about one of those vids, Critical Drinker is a bigoted alt-reich nazi piece of dogshit so I wouldn't listen to anything that pathetic loser says if I were you:
