If so, what is it about? I’ll go first.
I imagine at least 5 users on this here forum are familiar with Helluva boss, right? Well, I made my own fan-fiction on the show, titled “Ghostfuckers” (named after the upcoming 10th episode of season 2), which centers around the one-time character of Chazwick Thurman, who after escaping from Crimson and going homeless, later lands himself an “odd job,” quite literally, that being the ghostfuckers.
Basically, the entire fic is kind of like if a genuinely serious attempt at a good movie (or in this case, fan-fic) and a shitty 2000’s spoof/parody film (or in this case, fan-fic) fucked and had a baby.
I also included a bunch of different types of spooks & specters from a variety of different somewhat-ghost-related pop-culture, such as Ghostbusters (all 5 movies), Casper (1995), and Cuphead (2017-2022. At one point in time, I even considered including some ghosts from the cancelled dreamworks film B.O.O.: Bureau of Otheworldly Operations, and I had the idea for a while, but I later decided against it, as there isn’t anywhere near enough info on any of the characters to accurately portray them.)
The first two chapters are already out, and I’m currently in the process of writing the third one, which should be out before Christmas break is over. I also have in mind what the next two chapters will be. It can be found on Archive of Our Own (or AO3 for short.)
Anyways, now you guys go. Don’t worry, you don’t need to write the damn constitution of independence like I did, nor does it have to be a published fan-fiction (or story in general), but yeah.
