mid-late 90s educational videotape i cant find anywhere

I need help finding an old vhs video I've had a passing memory of watching when I was fairly young; This was a fairly long time ago now, somewhere around 2004-2006, my family bought this video tape at a large second hand store in Billings, Montana and I only ever watched this tape once or twice.
This video was like an educational program which taught the audience how to do basic DIY science experiments and other crafts, what I most remember is the few animated segments in-between which were stop motion and featured a robot lady who moved around on wheels like a dalek and was made of wood, I also remember there was a yellow dog who moved on 4 wheels. I can't remember the name of this tape, or who made it and it was likely released before i was born, maybe in the late 90s.
No matter how hard I search and what i look up, I can't seem to find any vhs tapes online which are similar to this one, not on youtube or the internet archive. I am including links to a drawing of the character from memory and a pic of another vhs cover as an example of what this tape's cover may have looked like.
