When tv ratings were first implemented, I remember Disney having a PSA bumper about them. The bumper featured a live action Dalmatian puppy looking at the ratings while a narrator explained them. Only TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, and TV-PG were shown. I remember they described TV-PG as “ask your parents before you watch”.
