Unknown Vocaloid/Vocal synth song

I thought I'd post this here for more traction. Recently, I saw this thread from a group of people who are searching for the origin of what appears to be a vocaloid/vocal synth song. The video that kickstarted the search is included above. This song does appear to utilize some sort of vocal synthesis software, though it's unclear if this is an original or a cover of an existing song, and nobody seems super sure about the voicebank, or even software that has been used.

Judging by the channel's other uploads, it's pretty clear that this video is made by a child with no connection to the vocal synth community. I'm assuming they found the audio clip through YouTube Shorts or a video editing app. (Tiktok is also a possibility, but I haven't seen anything that indicates the video uploader uses Tiktok.) As someone who's not active on any of these platforms, I was wondering if anyone recognized this audio.

The search team has transcribed some possible lyrics, but I am unaffiliated with them, and honestly these lyrics don't seem very accurate to me.

Personally, I feel like the chorus might could actually be 願いの尽きや or 願いの突き当 , but my Japanese is very rudimentary so I'm probably wrong as well.
