Disney Channel National Family Safety Test

I was skimming through this archive.org upload when I came across an interesting promo at around the 57 minute mark in the upload. It was a short little ad for what they called the "National Family Safety Test". Seems like a sort of PSA type show about home safety for kids. Other than this promo recording, from a quick searching it doesn't seem like there's more information about it out there. This wiki has a page documenting each known time it was aired, but doesn't have any information about what it actually is. I couldn't find any video recording of it either. Seems like this is probably lost media but I don't think there's enough information about it to make an article on the wiki. 

Anyone know anything about this? It's probably boring but I kinda want to watch it just because it seems to be lost
