Trying to find a show/pilot episode that I watched but cant find. it was on pbskids and it was about a teenager who is minding his own business when hes attacked by somebody and he runs away. Hes saved by a girl who has a device that uses words to manipulate the world around her. I remember the teens father was dead and the girl gives him the device but he later misuses it on a vending machine so she takes it back. At the end she gets taken and so does he and the teen says to the audience if you can help them to go to the pbskids website and then it ends. Its from at least before 2010 but idk

Found a trailer! Hope this is your missing show.
"R U There?" Trailer (2010)
So after some searching the "show is a tv special made for a web game but I found this trailer but theres more to it
Okay, so after ~5 or so hours of researching, this is what I have so far:
It seems that R U There? is the name of the TV special that aired on PBS Kids. From what I can gather, the special aired in just once in 2010, though I couldn't find an exact date as of now, and that it had a website attached, xoosh.net, which was active as recently as 2020, according to the Wayback Machine, though it isn't active now. The internet website side of things was simply called Xoosh, and the main creators of the project were Moody Studios (Moody Studios - Xoosh)(they also have a Facebook page here), with help from Learning Box Media and Titmouse Inc. for the special, as well as the trailer and a music video, which you can find both on Learning Box's YouTube channel (Learning Box Media YouTube Channel). Those are the only two videos on their channel, and it seems that the company is no longer in business, with no official website currently active, and I also can't find one through the Wayback Machine, either. Titmouse Inc. does have a website at titmouse.net, but the archive on the current site doesn't seem to go back far enough to make any mentions of Xoosh or R U There?, and no luck with the Wayback Machine here, either.
Xoosh.net Through The Wayback Machine You can interact with the site only so far, but it won't allow you to finish registering an account, or even attempt to log in in the first place, at least using Ruffle through any browser; I've attempted 4 different browsers - Avira Secure Browser, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Opera GX - and all stopped at the same place. So, unfortunately, I thus far haven't been able to see anything of substance on the site.
I also found two separate Reddit posts from individuals looking for this same TV special. The first is from about three years ago (First Reddit Post), and the second is from about three months ago (Second Reddit Post). The first, older post has a comment that provides some information about the site itself, as apparently they were able to use a method that failed for me in order to use a regular installation of Flash instead of Ruffle to be able to get the site to work. The second doesn't provide much in the way of anything really useful, but does show that more than one person is still looking for this.
And, again, this is what I've come up with so far in my search. I plan on contacting Titmouse Inc. to see if anyone working there now may have been working there ~13 years ago and has any information about this project they're able to share. I would do it now, but it's almost 6 o'clock in the morning here where I live, and I need some sleep. I'll continue this search when I can sometime later today, and see what I can dig up at that point.
I know you're only talking to keep the silence out Maybe you should listen and leave some room for doubt You're just handing out bad reputations Why don't you shut your mouth? -Motorhead, "Overnight Sensation"
