Browsing the YouTube homepage, I got recommended this video containing a snippet of an unidentified Vocaloid song.
According to the video description, the uploader found the snippet in a private Spanish-speaking Facebook group called "LostMedia PerdidosPosting." It was first posted there by a person named Enrique Ricalda. He claims that he found this song in an old hard drive of his in which, in 2010, he saved Vocaloid songs so he could listen to them offline, using some sort of tool to download YouTube videos. Many of the songs he has saved on that hard drive, including this one, are incomplete for some reason.
The filename the song was saved under is "En un Mundo de dulce de Hastune Miku," which can translate to "In a World of candy," "In a candy World," or "In a World of sweets by Hatsune Miku." The Facebook OP doesn't remember anything about the song, and attempted to look it up on YouTube but was unable to find anything. The user that uploaded the snippet linked above says that they tried to translate the filename into English and Japanese and looking that up, but couldn't find anything that matched the sound of the snippet.

The date
The song could have been made anywhere between September 2007 (Hatsune Miku was released on 30 August 2007) and December 2010.

The title
The filename is very likely a translation from Japanese, though the original title could be in English or some other language. The lyrics of the snippet we have seems to be in Japanese, so the song having a Japanese title is the most likely possibility. If the translation is correct, then the original song title possibly contains one of the following words:

- 飴 (other possible spellings: あめ, アメ)

The PV
The image used in the video (the one above) is from a fanmade calendar for the year 2008. From what I understand from the description, the video snippet we have is what was saved on Enrique's hard drive, so he didn't add the image himself to an unrelated audio file. This image could either have been present in the original video featuring the song, or added by a third party who then uploaded the YouTube video that Enrique downloaded. In my opinion, the latter is most likely.
The singer
While the PV features both Miku and Rin, the filename only mentions Miku, and she's the only audible voice in the snippet we have, though it is possible the full song does feature Rin. The voicebank used is most likely the original V2 Miku. The other Miku banks released in the timeframe we're working with are the Append voicebanks (Dark, Solid, Soft, Sweet, Vivid, and Light), released on 30 April 2010, but in my opinion the Miku in the song doesn't really sound like one of the Append banks.

The origin site
While Enrique downloaded the song from YouTube, it was most likely a reprint (unauthorised reupload) of a video on Nico Nico Douga, a Japanese video sharing site where most Japanese Vocaloid producers post their songs, especially at the time. If the song was originally posted on NND, there's a possibility that the original video or at least a reprint is still up there. And even if it's lost, it's possible that the song was featured in a ranking or compilation, and we can at least find the song's name and possibly a different snippet.

That would be all the info we have and what I could guess. This is my first thread here so my apologies if I got something wrong.
