iv'e been looking for the Mr roger shorts lately with no luck i looked through TCC but it doesn't exist anymore BUT its creators flextech merged with telewest which became virgin media which still exist i tweeted them about it annnnd they don't have it (they actually became interested with my search) then i contacted the CBC and they said they don't have it but pointed me to sending a request to the archives. they didn't get back to me then i was pointed to an email of someone who worked for CBC and he emailed me back this

Much as we appreciate your loyalty to these shows, there are restrictions on archival productions due to estate issues, talent and residual costs that prohibit CBC from reproducing the majority of our past broadcasts.
Even in situations where the CBC actually produced some shows, there are extremely high costs involved in the process to retrieve items from an archival location and render the content in a current format. Clearances for music are also added costs to reproductions.
If there is a request to use footage or clips from these shows or if you or family participated in the productions, CBC TV will release a copy for personal use.

does anyone know more about the shorts because i don't really have more to follow
it really seems like all 3 companies that created them have gone under
Belokapi has disappeared (literally what it says on wikipedia)
and there's nothing about either initial group or Cofimage 7 that i could find
edit
it turns out that the company initial group is more likley to not be group but groupe so it may have been was a typo on the wiki's end
i guess ill contact companies involved with initial groupe to see if they know anything i have 3 companies to look into
