I watched this. It's from around 2014/2015 iirc, and I'm sure it aired to compete against Azteca 7's programming at the time, which included Sasuke (OG Ninja Warrior) and a show that revolved around some Americans participating on a japanese TV show (can't remember the name lol).
I don't remember much, if anything, about the dub in question. It doesn't seem to have an entry on Doblaje Wiki either.
Unrelated: but the people in the forums you linked are very clearly unfamiliar with Mexican TV lol the local TV channels air VERY old shows all the time. Usually the newer stuff lands on premium TV channels.
[edit]: confirmed, it was aired in 2015, but I could've sworn that the dub aired was actually an old one (I remember it having a racist name, "humor amarillo" instead of El Castillo de Takeshi). Supposedly it aired for a VERY short period of time before being taken out of the programing grid.
By this time Azteca 7 was only airing American Ninja Warrior (aka americanized Sasuke). The stuff I mentioned earlier was in early 2014.
No surprise if there's little information about this since it seemingly aired very fleetingly, almost like a test.

humor amarillo was the dub made in spain for teleinco from 1990-1995, it had a reboot in 2006, curiously enough the 90's version is lost media too!
