Thing is, there doesn't seem to be any other discussion about it online, not even on AtariAge nor its forums. Just this one page. Not even Atarimania has it listed on there.

I have no idea, this seems to be the 1st time people have talked about it in years. It's said to have been "long rumored", but otherwise I can't find anything about this prototype online. Could be a somewhat obvious troll perhaps?
