I have lots of these weird images in my phone, some modified on Oct.2.2022 and Mar.4.2023 according to the file info, while most of it was from June.13 this year. Looking at my search history and other activities, I can't find anything that could've done it. most are frames for animations, including cat(?) features, makeup, effects, and accessories.
I've done reverse image searches and can't find much aside from a Japanese blog website, a tiktok, and a yt channel. There was no other information about it, but I'll link them if anyone wants. I also found one other person who had the same thing. I'll put a drive folder with the photos, but here are some of them:

Some have hundreds of frames so I didn't include everything. I might've gotten some of the files confused as being a part of this.
