Help identifying these two songs

I love music. I tend to love older songs from the 2000s or 90s. I have came across these few songs over the past few months and I love the way they sound. They are both unfortunately lost wave songs. But they don’t have much coverage on them as songs like “like the wind” or “everyone knows that” even though these songs are also pretty catchy and deserve a bigger search. Anything helps!

This song was recorded off KBOO back in 1994. Sounds grunge rock like. Because the song is so distorted, the lyrics are hard to make out. The only clear lyric we get from this song is “just complain now” which is what the song is being called until we get further info on it. We don’t have much info about this song, and the fact that it is so distorted makes it even harder to identify.

This song was recorded off of a radio station in Latvia called Radio Naba in 2007. This song does not have a search to identity the song. The poster of the video, Ana (the same person who recorded the song) said that they tried to contact the radio station to see if they knew more about the song. (Ana changed their YT user name to just “A” now, it used to be Ana a few weeks ago) we do not know much about this song either
