Shameless, Tasteless: Trash Cinema From The Soviet Underground is a collection of movies made by the director Yakov Levi. The movies are nsfw in nature (some more than the rest) and are very cheaply made, likely for the sake of it.
The movie in question, Shameless, features an old lady by the name of Baba Alla. She is presented as an elderly prostitute who keeps the business going because her adult son wastes all their money on heroin. Throughout the movie three friends, on a dare, do various sexual activities with her, all of which result in a disaster. At the end her son starts whoring as well so she retires and moves by the sea. The character also appears in the sequel, Tasteless, and (albeit unrelated to this incarnation of Baba Alla) in Matrioshka Dolls of Doom.
The movies themselves, as well as the second promo for Shameless, can be found online. There is one promo in particular, however, that has been lost to time. It used to be up on youtube but was taken down.
Said promo features scenes from the movie where Baba Alla attempts to present herself to various people, all of which act in shock. There is voiceover by a man identified as Victor Fraser. After the scenes pass the voiceover says "Meet Baba Alla, Soviet Russia's oldest prostitute! She's slept with:" then he starts naming presidents, tsars, etc., as a clip of Baba Alla rocking back and forth while blowing kisses to the screen (which is a scene filmed especially for the promo) plays. The narrator then says "Only on yakovlevi.com.". The screen temporarily fades to black before Baba Alla yells out "Discount for children", causing a group of children to run away in fear.
The website itself is recorded on the wayback machine, though no videos can be found on it. The narrator's name is listed as providing narration for "Shameless Trailer#1", which is the one in question.
