Despite me being born in 2000. I could've sworn I saw the infamous Wegman Dogs sketches as a kid. By my surprise they stopped making those creepy dogs-with-human-hands clips circa 1990's.
Do you have older siblings? Maybe you watched a recording of a Sesame Street episode from an era when they still showed these segments.
I remember seeing them on TV in maybe 2006-2007. I think they just kept showing them in the current episodes to fill time.

I’m bumping this up. You know how Veteran’s day is November 11? Was it always celebrated on that day, because I seriously don’t remember having a random Tuesday (for example) off from school as a young child (like ‘90’s or early 2000’s). I know we were taking the 11th off regardless of day by the time I hit high school (mid 2000’s).
The only thing I can think of is my school district scheduled conferences around it so we had a long weekend. For instance, if the 11th lands on a Wednesday, we would get it off for Veteran’s Day, and Thursday and Friday off for conferences.
Hmm, I confused myself-I thought that Ralph Bakshi directed (or was involved with) the Rankins/Bass Lord of the Rings productions, but apparently that wasn't him? It looks like he did a separate LoTR movie entirely (that was more or less unfinished, since no sequels followed), and the Rankins/Bass Hobbit and Return of the King movies were separate from him?

I somehow missed your response, my apologies. Anyways, nope, my siblings are late Gen-Z. I think I saw a reshowing in a 2000-2007 episode like what the other used said. I grew up with VHS until 2009 and it's possible I might've watched a Sesame Street 90's era VHS tape.

Back on topic. I thought there was a variant of the Fuzzy Door Productions logo having it's own jingle and the 20th Century Fox logo paired with it had different music, too. But maybe I am thinking of a different logo? The music I heard first had a chime tune and afterwards a keyboard is played. For sure I saw this on a syndicated show.

Years ago, in Pokémon Sapphire, I put two Pokémon in the daycare and got an egg. I am sure the daycare person said "They prefer to play with other Pokémon than each other" which means they have 0% chance of producing an egg. Maybe I misremembered and they actually said "They don't seem to like each other" which means they have a 20% chance of breeding as I vaguely remember it may have taken more steps than normal to get an egg.
