I already posted this on tip of my tongue, I didn't get any progress, so ill post it here.

I used to collect dvds mainly to watch movies, bought A Binder of dvds at a yardsale in minnesota in 2014, it was about this "boy" sitting in his room in the middle of the night then a tall lady looks through his window, he gets scared and hides under his blanket, then the "tall lady" starts knocking on the kids window over and over again, until the boy gets tried of it and takes the blanket off of him, and there's nobody there so then he looks to his left and the flim turns to black and it says "this is why you always go to sleep at you're bedtime.", this was definitely a screen recording put on a dvd.
I don't think this is A dream nor lost, I just can't find it anywhere the dvd I had was not the full flim, I sold my dvd collection in 2017, I don't remember the "date of the flim was made" most likely early 2000s the dvd was all scratched up, I was surprised it even worked at all.
