Around 2005 or 2006, I saw a brief glimpse of a claymation TV series where a clay guy in the intro shouts out a show's title (sorry, I don't remember what title that was) before he falls over, and then the episode cuts to a blue humanoid hare coming up to a non-anthropomorphic (yet still cartoony) tortoise talking to each other. If anyone has any ideas or know what show this is from, please let me know.

You are possibly thinking of "Don't Eat the Neighbours". It was not claymation, but a mix between puppetry and CGI. Two of the main characters are a rabbit and a turtle. The rabbit character is not blue, but another character from the cartoon; a wolf, is.

I'm sorry, but that's not it. It was show with a white background with goofy-looking claymation characters, unlike the show you showed me. 😔

Nope, these ones in this video are basically stop motion Sesame Street characters. The way I remembered looked nothing like Sesame Street characters.
