Around 2005 or 2006, I saw a brief glimpse of a claymation stop-motion TV series where a clay guy in the intro shouts out a show's title (sorry, I don't remember what title that was) before he falls over, and then the episode cuts to a blue humanoid hare coming up to a non-anthropomorphic (yet still cartoony) tortoise talking to each other. If anyone has any ideas or know what show this is from, please let me know.
Yo-Kai Watch and OK KO let’s be hero’s still have fans but are certainly viewed as “obscure” now.
There was this one Lego Marvel Superhero’s special on Netflix back in like 2013-14 that had the hero’s having like Blue eyes or something . ((I looked it up and it’s called Maximum Overload))
Also Over The Hedge. ((Which i only knew as a kid from a sneak peak on that one Madagascar dvd from the mid-2000s that felt like every household mandatorily had which I watched to DEATH.Though later on I do remember watching it at one point and remembering it as a decent film.))

I cherished PageMaster as a kid only to find out no one cares about it
I watched that movie quite a bit as a kid.
I only watched it a couple times since we only had it on a DVD, and our DVD player wasn't always hooked up, but I did like the movie, and so did the rest of my family.

I had it on VHS myself, not sure what happened to the tape though.
My PFP is from this "Zula Patrol" show from the mid-2000's. I was born around that time, and I typically watched reruns of it on Qubo. It was an educational show that focused on topics related to astronomy or STEM, tying them in to stories surrounding an alien police force.
I forgot what the show was for a long time, but at some point I found the name online and was planning to investigate the morning after. That morning would expose me to an immensely traumatizing piece of media that rendered some of my senses null (really), and rewatching the show helped me recover.

I loved the Yo-Kai Watch games. I used to run a blog on it on Tumblr.
It sucks that a bunch of people didn't even want to give it a chance because they thought it was a Pokemon rip-off when it really wasn't. I don't think the weird localization helped which sort of messed up the translation on the 3rd game.
I watched some episodes of The Tofus in either the late 2000s or in 2010. Despite its extremely simple title, I have found that I am unable to memorise it. Fortunately, there aren't many cartoons that are centred around a family of devout environmentalists, so the cartoon remains easy to re-find.
Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure that I have never seen anyone else bring up The Tofus as an example of an obscure western cartoon before, even though it definitely wasn't popular.
There are at least two obscure cartoon movies that I watched as a kid that I have not brought up on this forum before. One of them is "Help! I'm a Fish". That film was memorable to me for two reasons; because it was where I first learned of the word "intelligence", and because of the unique way in which the main villain dies. The other movie is one that I can't remember the name of, but I also don't care enough to find out what it was. It was an extremely lame-looking CGI Christmas movie about two penguin sisters who go on an adventure to find Santa Claus. I think that I liked that movie at the time that I watched it, but I would find it to be unbearably stupid now.
the second movie sounds very familiar to me for some reason

That film was one of the main genesises for kid me's irrational fears of Christopher Lloyd and Leonard Nimoy (there are others for example, Foodfight and Who Framed Roger Rabbit on Loyd's side, the animated Transformers movie on Nimoy's side), if you know, you know.
Sometimes life is like this dark tunnel. You can't always see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if you just keep moving... you will come to a better place.
Obeying authoritarian regimes makes you complicit in them.

I used to LOVE Over the Hedge as a kid. I remember my mom printing out coloring sheets of the characters and then when I was done coloring them I’d tape them to my door. Did the same with Shrek characters too haha
Heee are some obscure shows I watched when I was between 5 and 11:
Ninjago The Thundermans The 7D (hyper-obscure Disney XD show about the seven dwarfs) Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters Trollhunters (second favorite show of all time) 3-Below Tangled: The Series (suprisingly solid, wasn’t expecting this to be good but it somehow was great) The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic Underground (TRIPLETS BORN. THE THRONE AWAITS) The Super Mario Bros Super Show The Super Mario Bros 3 Show (this and super show fricking slapped)

I remember every single one.
Also I wouldn’t call ninjago “obscure” because it still has a fan base (Primarily of 7 year olds and Manchilds)
