I remember Life with Louie as well, I also saw Megababies and Oggy and the Cockroaches(The old one not the new one that got banned from Nick)as a kid.

Astroblast!: One of those Sprout originals apparently. One of the less obscure ones I think? IDK at this point, it's been a while since I've last seen it.
One of those Strawberry Shortcake CGI movies. Most people likely remember the DiC series, though that CGI movie could very well be popular in Southeast Asia lol.
iZ And the Zizzles: One of DiC's last productions, being made in 2007. Saw it on Netflix once, misremembering it as a Japanese anime due to its strange premise, the art style & its music sounding like something out of some 4Kids dub.
Some movie with some calm song that contained the lyrics, "We can be heroes, we can be anything". It was animated I think & it MIGHT'VE been Netflix.
A Snow White animated movie that was CGI & had the prince captured. Like the previous one, its name eludes me.
Yellow Bird: A French CGI movie about a bird that follows some blue bird family on a journey. It was on a bootleg DVD that also contained the previously mentioned movie & Dreamworks' Home.
The Hero of Color City: Another CGI movie about a bunch of crayons to stop some king from halting some waterfall that would erase their colors(which IIRC was some miscommunication?). Saw it on Netflix once & Bobsheaux reviewed it as well, which is how I rediscovered it.
Ok, I don't have much honestly. My memories of this obscure stuff is scattered within my ever expanding brain & it would take sometime to remember most of them properly.

I remember reading the Despereaux book at a hotel once when I was younger, and I enjoyed it! I remember watching Mike, Lu, and Og a lot too.

Loved Mr Magoo’s Christmas Carol as a kid! It came with a Christmas special dvd set I’ve had since I was little. Included some notable stuff like Rudolph and some lesser known stuff too.

I watched this weird "Blue Elephant" movie when I was younger. It was made in Thailand and focuses on a fictional version of a historical war elephant. It had somewhat janky animation but wasn't horribly animated, one of the antagonist soldier characters' models looked like a deformed version of the hamood habibi kid combined with a wrinkly skeleton lady.
