Thanks for the mystery of the meningitis ad, but here's another one that I remember seeing an ad around 2003 or 2004, it was an ad for cereal where a ball was going to a phone box, and getting sucked up the telephone. That's all I can remember from that ad.

Nick Jr International used to have their old logos in their YouTube channel. The old logo was used for international Nick Jr versions. 2000s ended in late 2009. including in United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East, Germany, Italy, and others international versions.
