Oh, I finally found the name of that one short I couldn't remember (with some help from Reddit).
It's Tango (1981), which is a neat animated short. I will say it's NSFW since there's some nudity and sexual content, but that's about it. Nothing too awful. This one is on YouTube as well.

I wish I could remember which lists on Letterboxd I saw this on because it was full of hundreds and thousands of films like it in that caliber of uniqueness.
