As a self-proclaimed Invader Zim enthusiast for the past 3 years, I don't see any difference between this and the one that's on Nick.com except for the information at the beginning. I think the uploaders are just trying to make it seem more cooler by putting words like "unaired" in the title so people will be more curious of it if they come across it

Not in this case, this guy has uploaded a ton of unaired pilots you can't find anywhere else. So if there's an unaired pilot you're looking for I recommend pledging to Media Garage on Patreon.
