Hello, I've been happy to recover a version of the Create a Fairy game associated with the Disney Pixie Hollow MMO which ran from 2008-2013. From what I can tell the pre-beta version of the game was publicly released around 2007 before the virtual world was fully implemented. That version of the game had a place where you could decorate your My Fairy Page- which was later revamped into your Pixie Page. The fairy page is still lost (was last seen around 2017 on international Disney websites), but the character creator was packaged as an .exe with a DVD that included with Playmates Toys dolls called "Tales and Activities"- however there are ones that are generic and others that had story segments packaged with them that did not come with it. Other assets to the game and the Fairies website have been found, but it seems that the Pixie Hollow games (with the exclusion of Harvest Hustle which is on the flashpoint database) would need a bit of tinkering for them to become playable again as they have multiple files. From what I could tell most people who were familiar with Pixie Hollow had no idea of this game being on the DVD, so it was something hidden in plain sight.
This promotional version of the game includes a start screen and a Visit Pixie Hollow screen that I don't remember being in the full game. As well as the logo being "Disney Fairies". The files are dated 2006- and from what I presume the game wasn't out then. I included a document with more background information and source info in the Internet Archive post.
