Been wondering about this for a while now, figure I'll finally ask about it here:
When I was really young around the Mid/Early 2000s, my brother liked to watch a lot of G4. One day when it was on, there was a clip I remember seeing featuring a montage of stuffed animals bleeding out and writhing in pain. I believe some of the clips had a red filter over them. That's all I really remember seeing of it, just a few live action clips of stuffed animals bleeding and dying.
I was too young to really even pick up what context there might've been, and it scared the hell out of me. It was almost definitely meant to be a comedy thing, this was the era of Happy Tree Friends and whatnot after all, but it did not sit right with child me. The greatest confirmation I'm not just crazy is that I found a reddit thread of someone looking for what seems to be this exact thing. The context they remember would make sense, and it might've been part of Midnight Spank or Barbed Wire Biscuit.
Very curious about it, was probably just a one-off short but left a big impression on me. It was very unsettling.
I came across this thread a couple weeks ago and it immediately piqued my interest. This sounds exactly like the kind of thing more people would remember if their memory was jogged.
I'm interested in covering this in a video but I'll ask around too and see if I can find anything else about it. The reddit thread is particularly interesting for the fact that anybody else remembered it at all, but also so that it can't be dismissed as one person's false memory.
Could it be PokoPokoShopping by Nana825763? I kinda doubt it but when I was reading your post that video came to my mind. It has bleeding stuffed animals in it. But the time line does not match up. I highly doubt that pokopokoshopping aried on tv too.

I can definitely see the similarity, but yeah this wasn't it. I was a teen when that video came out but what I saw was most definitely back when I was a kid, plus what I saw was a lot more slow, painful bleeding out.
Good find, though! Conceptually very similar, and for whatever its worth the visual around 1:54 of a stuffed animal about that size graphically cut in half is similar to something I remember seeing, but yeah was def something on TV in the 2000s and I remember them writhing in pain.
I have a feeling it's probably from X-Play. Probably dealing with Ratty the Handpuppet. But, I have NO idea what episode to even start looking, really.
EDIT: I think I found it! It's from a Cooking Mama segment from X-Play. I don't know if I can link to it since it's a little...violent for this board. But, it's on youtube, just google "X-Play Classic - Cooking Mama (Original and Cook-Off) Review".

Oh yo, that must be it! I wanna say I remember things slightly differently, but you know how things go. Scared child mind distorting things, could've been edited differently in an "up next" bumper, and just overall memory being imperfect. But time frame matches up, the shots and quick cuts definitely feel familiar, so that's gotta be it
