I remeber waching tv one time when I was little mabey 6 or 7 and somthing was on there a movie I think it was animated and in this city but every thing was dark until the sun comes out and all of the city pepole in their suits sudenlly pull out sun glasses and those little sun reflector things to bask in the sun and then sudenlly the sun goes away and they put every thing away and the narator explains something about how in that city the sun dosent shine any longer than 30 minutes its such an old memory that I cant remeber any more than that its really fuzzy the time frame for when I saw the movie or short could have been any where from 2006 to 2013 just to be safe it could have been older thoght or a litlle bit younger but I doubt that it would be really cool if any of you could help me find this film its been haunting me for almost my entire life and sorry about the spelling mistakes I just happen to be pretty terible at spelling also it was probelbey made around the time frame I stated I think it was computer modeled not like a drawn animation it also had decent quality so it wasnt off brand or anything but its definitley forgotten or obscure
