So I lived in East Asia for a bit and saw the end of this random movie on TV. It looked like a traditionally animated movie, quite pretty, Disney quality but not anything I recognize from Disney. It had what looked like a carrier pigeon in a barn of some type? It looked like something from maybe the late 90s or 2000s? Had that very polished look IMO. May be European, in fact I suspect it is since I'm an animation buff and didn't recognize it at all. Any thoughts?
