[S] Strange countdown and animation

Hello everyone. I've been trying to find one, or perhaps two pieces of media. They appeared both in succession in an old VHS tape I had when I was a kid (possibly I have the tape yet somewhere, but can't find it). If I remember correctly, they were in "Popeye and Ali Baba's 40 thieves", but they had nothing to do with that movie despite being in the same tape.
The first one I remember it was a countdown. It happened in a checkerboard background with perspective, like a room. The numbers, which were big and red, counted from 10 to 1 in English. Something like this:

After the countdown was over, a creepy animation started to play. It started with a wavy and deformed tree trunk appearing. Kind of like this:

But with less detail. The colors were flat and vibrant as if painted in MS Paint with the bucket tool. After the tree, a little blonde girl appeared. She looked like the knockoff Goldilocks from Burbank:

Then, either the girl drank a potion to make herself big, or she was big to begin with, because she peeked through a small house. You could see her eye through the window.
And that's about as much as I remember. If you have any clue about either the "Red countdown" or this strange "Goldilocks animation" please let me know!
I remember both of them used to scare the shit out of me when I was a kid, so it would be fun to see how they really were now...

. My mom used to tease me saying I used to dance to "shake the fear of the countdown away", but what really creeped me out was Philip L'oro's animation, lol.
