This is something I have saved for a very long time, thanks to me linking it on a personal discord server. This was a fan-made music video set to the song "Be Alright" by the Dandy Warhols. It was created by a user named Drjimmy1962 and was uploaded on January 29th, 2019 and was taken down around 2022-2023. The music video, alongside the rest of the Drjimmy account was terminated by youtube. I was lucky enough to archive the original url, but sadly never got the chance to archive the video itself.
Details of the video: it seemed like footage from an old 90s or early 2000s tv series, perhaps even a made-for-tv movie set to the song. For simplicity sake, for the rest of this I will describe it as a TV series, but wouldn't be surprised if it came from a movie of some sort. Anyways the series seemed to star a girl who grew up with a tight bond to her grandma, after the grandma's death, she discovers that she can see the people in her hallway portraits laugh and talk. Sort of similar to the ones seen in Harry Potter. The girl drove around town in a vespa, where more bizarre and supernatural events occurred around her, such as an x-ray shot of her heart as she's out of breath, and maybe passing by a black cat. Eventually she manages to get a date with a guy, drives him to her home on her vespa, and takes him to her bed where its implied they made love. He, I think, is aware of her supernatural powers but doesn't mind it. Video might have ended with her and the boyfriend riding together on the vespa.
Sadly saved no screenshots, but I do have two links to the video as well as a comment from one of my discord friends calling the video "trippy" for proof of its existence.

I would love to see this again, since I remember preferring it to the official music video, the trippy and nostalgic imagery matched really well with the offbeat positive tone of the song. It's been several years since it has been online, but I am holding on hope that the relative-freshness of the video plus ties to a well known band could help.
