Comedy Routine about Toddlers and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

A few years back, I'd say between 2012 to 2016 I was sitting in my dads car listening to a comedy channel on SirusXM and a comedy segment came on where a guy voices his frustrations about parenthood. It starts off with the guy explaining how his two year old son is under the impression he's a farmer and wakes him up early every morning by asking if he "Needs to feed the chickens" he then starts talking about Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and how a bunch of adults sat in a room and could only create the lyrics Hot Dog, Hot Dog, Hot Dog. 

I've tried asking reddit to no response and can't seem to find it online.
