There was an advert I saw on most likely the British version of Discovery Kids around 2005 or so (possibly for one of their shows). It had a yellow creature who I think looked like Bloat's unpuffed form from Finding Nemo but with arms and legs instead of fins, and he was in front of a woman's(?) toes on a white background. After saying something I can't quite recall, he went inside one of the toenails (possibly the biggest one) and the next scene shows him in a hellish environment. I don't remember the rest of the advert.
