I wasn't crazy about Ladonna from Arthur, in a show that already had a whole bunch of characters I fail to see what the point of introducing another kid so late into the show's life was, wasn't too crazy about her brother Bud either.
Brooke from LPS Popular. Don't get why some people defend that psycho cat. I swear she's more evil than some Disney villains. Hell, she makes Facilier seem like a Care Bear in comparison. (btw both antagonists abused bug characters)

I'm going to have to go on a limb and say that I did not like Hank from Breaking Bad, while every character on the show has their own flaws... Hank just irked me, maybe it's because of his racist comments and profiling in Season 1
Lizzie from Kids Next Door. She's such a horrible and mean person. And she's not framed as a villain or someone who's meant to be antagonistic like Numbuh 86, Lizzie is mean then tries to be all cutesy about it.

That part didn't bother me so much but I found it contrived how he discovered the identity of Heisenberg.
Jamie from One Tree Hill, one of the worst kid characters i've ever seen in a show, no kid his age talks like that, his dialogue was beyond unrealistic and he sometimes got more screentime then his own parents, the worst was when he gave the toast at Brooke's wedding like seriously who lets a little kid give a wedding toast in real life? So dumb.
There's also Santito from the underrated Nick show "Taina", good lord does he drag down an otherwise good show, he contributes nothing to the plot most of the time other then being an annoying painfully unfunny kid(and his actor in the first season was not good at all, thank fuck they replaced him in season 2)and the one episode where he is part of the plot is easily the worst episode of all because of how poorly written it was just to try the plot make sense by centering around him.
Chuck from Sons of Anarchy. He just greatly annoyed me and I was disappointed when he wasn't killed off
I thought he was funny personally but I was surprised he survived.
I didn't care much for Furio from Sopranos, he showed promise at first but he lost me when they introduced that stupid subplot about him having a crush on Carmella, it goes absolutely nowhere and feels like a complete waste of time.
Blitzo from helluva boss (the show isn’t that good, I only like it for the characters tbh). He does moxxie dirty. Now, I can’t really go into too much detail, but I’m sure you’ll get it if you watch the show. I just think he’s an insufferable, poorly-written character hiding behind a great voice actor (Brandon Rogers).
Chazwick thurman was done dirty, now that’s a character that should have stayed!

I love season 2 of The Afterparty, while season 1...has good things in it but is overall hard to watch. And among other quibbles, murder victim Xavier is a nasty piece of work, and not even a likable kind of antagonist.
Sure, he's meant to be loathed by the characters and viewers alike, but YIKES. Everything about him leaves me seething, what with his giggly demeanor, his heinous actions, and his (also deliberately) terrible music (which play throughout much of the season). The urination scene in the Brett episode was especially horrible.
So I considered it a relief that season 2's victim, Edgar, while still morally questionable, is actually enjoyable to deal with.
