A Comedy Central Extra skit about toe sucking fairies

Around 2012-2014 we had just gotten cable. One of the channels I frequented was Comedy Central Extra, as our provider did not offer the regular Comedy Central.
During commercial time a skit (or perhaps a commercial?) aired. The commercial was about a man who was hurt by a sorcerer of sorts. His health was visible on his arms in the form of three hearts, two of which have depleted. The method of restoring health in that universe was through, well, toe sucking fairies; The fairies suck one's toes and that restores their health. The fairy in question lamented that people only ever want to use her for that ability and never stick around.
This skit/commercial was either split in parts or had an extended version. Most versions showed the fairy sucking the person's toes, though on a single occasion a longer version played with the sorcerer in question.
