Obscure nurse and man animation, possibly an education video

Somewhere around 2022-2023, more specifically around January-March 2023 while I was passing by a Cancer Research UK shop, there is a 2nd floor on top with a window and a room inside. A TV was playing some cartoon in that room. It showed 2 characters on a magenta background, a man with black hair, light tone skin, blue eyes, a blue shirt and black pants/trousers, and a woman with brown hair, dark toned skin and wearing a nurse outfit. Not sure what the art style of the cartoon was reminiscent of but it was quite cute. Many Google searches and Reddit posts let to nowhere. I drew what I remember the cartoon looking like on the top of my head but it's lost due to my phone being broken but I'll try to find it. If the car got stuck in traffic, I would've seen more of the cartoon, but I only caught a glimpse of it hence the lack of information. I thought Cancer Research made the cartoon but endless searches on their website and YouTube was like a wild goose chase. I would appreciate some help as it feels like finding this cartoon will take forever.
